One of my favorite Portuguese internationals, Miguel, has found himself dangerously close to Valencia's exit door after television cameras caught him poking fun at the coach, Unai Emery...

What would you do if you were the coach? It's being said he is in hot water over this incident, but are Miguel's actions really worthy of punishment?

I'll say this, if Valencia really do away with him, then I hope Sporting pick him up...did anyone see the 4-1 scoreline today... OUCH!

  1. I want him back at benfica !! That way he'll play in the champions league. No way he'll ever make it to CL with sporting... hehehe

  2. As great as he was for the seleccao years ago, there's something about his dropped consistency and injury proneness that makes me disagree with wanting to see him go to Sporting. I'm a Sportinguista and really like their signing of Joao Pereira in the transfer window. I'd rather see Miguel go to another club and get his form back. But the back to back ass whoopings from Porto and Benfica really hurts to see.

I think Moutinho is ready for a change of scenery as soon as he strings together some good performances in Europe to get a little value from him. Mendes was a great signing as well, Pongolle was a joke of a signing for 6.5 mil. I was hoping they'd shore up their center backs with Fernando Meira and bring in Danny up front like some of the rumours had said, but those never materialized. Manuel Fernandes would've been sweet too. I'm jealous of Porto's grabbing of Ruben Micael... great player.
